Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day management of the clinic’s technological infrastructure and systems.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the electronic health records (EHR) platform, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinating with clinical and operational teams to support the integration of technology into service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience supporting technology systems in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, supportive guidance for staff.

Additional tasks:

  • Managing user access and training, and leading the implementation of new technologies.
  • Developing and executing technology strategies that align with the clinic’s goals for growth, efficiency, and high-quality client care.
  • Supporting key operational, digital infrastructure and AI-integration initiatives as their practice continues to grow.
