Job Description
You’ll lead, coach, and develop your team through 1:1s, continuous feedback, and growth plans. You'll contribute directly to code, design, development, and quality improvements; drive engineering excellence, testing, security, observability, reliability, and performance; and optimize delivery flow. You will also partner with Product and Design to frame, scope, and deliver high-value, simple solutions; anticipate risks, make pragmatic trade-offs, and communicate transparently. A team of developers, PMs, and designers dedicated to Workleap Performance will be awaiting you.
