Chief Technology Officer

The CTO will be responsible for:

• Being the tech voice within the senior leadership team and guide decision-making and business planning.
• Leading architecture decisions across platform, data, and AI systems, balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Providing thought leadership within the company by researching and evaluating cutting-edge practices.

The CTO will also be responsible for:

• Leading and integrating a cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, data, and AI.
• Guiding the organization toward an AI-centric product and development environment.
• Acting as a player–coach and staying close to systems, technical tradeoffs, and delivery.
