Technical Lead

A Technical Lead at Repeat defines how we build our product and solve hard problems. They work with peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product. They work together with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to solve common goals. They will work across the backend (NodeJs), and frontend (React.js, Typescript) parts of our application. The Technical Lead designs and documents solutions to complex problems that meet product requirements and technical roadmaps, as well as proactively identifies opportunities to reuse or generalise existing services and product features. The Technical Lead teaches, mentors, grows, and provides advice to other domain experts, individual contributors, across several teams in Repeat. They will look for innovation opportunities between several teams with a willingness to experiment and to boldly confront problems of large complexity and scope and guide conversations to remove blockers and encourage collaboration across teams.
