Job Description

Investor Relations:

-Primary point of contact for loan owners.

-Manage day-to-day communication and due diligence requests.

-Maintain surveillance of the performance of ABS trusts.

Analysis and Reporting:

-Develop automated analysis of metrics to identify trends.

-Generate monthly servicer reports for stakeholders.

-Analyze performance of asset-backed transactions.

Financial Modeling and Strategy:

-Build financial models related to transaction performance

-Strategize on potential servicing terms and amendments.

-Propose remediation measures to improve performance.
