Job Description

Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through retail and distribution channels in DACH. Localise global marketing initiatives and assets to align with regional market trends, cultural nuances, and retail partner needs, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor account and activity performance, leveraging sales and market insights to inform trade marketing strategies, optimize partner pipelines, and maximize ROI across omni-channel efforts. Brief, create and deploy effective point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, and digital assets. Plan and execute trade and retail events—including partner activations, experiential pop-ups and trade initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sell-through, and support product launches across the region. Develop and implement training initiatives for retail associates to boost product knowledge and customer engagement. Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to build and deliver integrated campaigns, promotional plans, and training initiatives that elevate WHOOP’s in-store and digital presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and cross-functional teams to drive alignment across operations, marketing, product, and finance. Manage budgets and external vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns and activations. Work with EU Trade Marketing Manager to assess European market trends, competitor positioning, pricing trends, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights that shape retailer pipelines and marketing strategies.
