Sr. Product Designer, Conversational AI

Kobie is redesigning how marketers and loyalty strategists interact with technology, shifting from traditional interfaces to conversational, AI-driven experiences. As Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the UX vision for our platform, emphasizing agent-driven and conversational interfaces. Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and polished UI, translating abstract problems into intuitive UX structures. You will develop and maintain a design system with naming taxonomy and UX/UI standards, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Innovation to build scalable features. Prototype and test designs with best-in-class usability principles, advocating for the user throughout product cycles.
