Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as internal owner of Race4EveryKid virtual fundraiser, managing all phases from planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategy to scale revenue from $400,000 to $1 million.
- Build and implement recruitment and retention strategies for participants, teams, and corporate partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience where peer-to-peer is a primary revenue channel.
- Deep familiarity with P2P models including virtual campaigns, endurance events, DIY, and gaming.
- Proven track record of growing P2P campaigns to six- or seven-figure revenue levels.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year.
