Digital Fundraising Strategy Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and deployment of multi-channel digital campaigns for peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Manage the creation of email, SMS, paid media, video, and social content.
• Coordinate campaign development from concept through launch, including testing and QA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience; 5–7 years preferred in digital marketing or fundraising.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build relationships with staff, vendors, and volunteers.
