About the Role:
- We're seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team.
- This role offers rare exposure to both acquisition and retention marketing across the full customer lifecycle.
- You'll collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Engineering teams to drive measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
- Execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Support paid acquisition channels like Google Search, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare regular reports.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or CRM/lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort with marketing metrics and tools, and a self-motivated approach to learning.
