Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Community Philanthropy’s integrated fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email appeals, advertising, search engine marketing, mobile fundraising, and social media fundraising.
- Create effective segmentation strategies that improve donor participation and engagement, and lead project management of campaigns through Asana.
- Manage projects with vendors, including direct marketing agency, printers, mail house, and merge purge, ensuring fair and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of direct response marketing experience at an agency, nonprofit, or higher education institution.
- Deep knowledge of direct response marketing with a proven track record in individual gifts fundraising.
- Proficiency in direct marketing best practices, including A/B testing, fundraising appeals, and digital tools like email marketing and SMS platforms.
