Americas Sourcing Manager - Furniture

We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy for our North America based furniture categories, especially Made-to-Order (MTO) upholstery products. Success in this position means driving vendor onboarding and development, quality adherence, cost negotiations, and operational excellence across our U.S., Canadian, and Mexican partners, including fabric mills. You will partner closely with the Home Merchandising team and lead factory engagement across the region. This role plays a critical part in advancing both our team’s goals and Quince’s broader mission. You will own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for North America based manufacturers of furniture products (MTO and stocked) and fabric mills. You will lead cost negotiations, contracts, and margin improvement initiatives with Americas-based suppliers. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard new factory partners with high quality, scalable capacity, and reliable lead times. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Ops to bring new products to market quickly and reliably. You will visit key partners regularly to troubleshoot issues, audit quality and delivery performance, and build long-term relationships. You will drive factory-side product development cycles in collaboration with Design and Merchandising. You will drive successful order processing with our vendors: reviewing production timelines to ensure vendors are hitting SLAs, working with vendors to accelerate production timelines, optimizing quick ship performance, etc. Finally, you will ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
