Legal Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Legal Manager to join our dynamic legal team in Brazil. This role will support our operations, focusing on regulatory strategy, product advisory licensing in the fast-evolving crypto and fintech landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks, advising cross-functional teams, and engaging with regulators or industry stakeholders. Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on new and existing products, especially in the areas of crypto-assets, payments, brokerage, and digital financial services. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in key markets (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina), assessing their impact on business operations and product design. Support licensing, registration, and regulatory approval processes in Brazil. Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and internal governance documents. Support engagement with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and public policy initiatives. Contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and risk assessments.
