Product Management:

- Act as the primary liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs and training resources.
- Support management of key technology partnerships to leverage partner capabilities and ensure differentiated offerings.
Analysis and Strategy:
- Monitor product KPIs and conduct regular analysis of the MSP/MSSP landscape to guide strategic decisions.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
