Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes.
- Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions.
- Complete notes in our EHR and follow clinical protocols.
Requirements:
- Full-practice, licensed PMHNP with minimum 2 years experience, preferably in addiction treatment.
- Must have experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure and comfort with technology.
Additional Information:
- You’ll need a private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant conversations.
- This role may involve periodic meetings with internal teams.
