Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop acquisition strategies and planning documents, including D&Fs, MOUs, and IAAs.
  • Prepare solicitations, evaluation plans, and source selection documentation.
  • Conduct cost and price analyses, reasonableness reviews, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal contracting regulations and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with government acquisition experience preferred.
