Position Summary:
- The MSL reports to the Sr. Director of National Field Medical Affairs and is responsible for fostering strong relationships with KOLs to support Orca Bio's cell therapy pipeline.
- You will serve as a trusted scientific partner between Orca Bio and healthcare providers, establishing collaborations within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain deep scientific peer-to-peer relationships with academic experts and HCPs to answer product-related questions.
- Prepare and maintain a territory management plan shared with Medical Leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze scientific insights from congresses and external interactions to inform medical strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, PharmD, NP, PA, DNP, M.Sc, or Ph.D.) with industry experience as an MSL.
- Significant experience in malignant hematology, HSCT, cellular therapy, CAR-T, and understanding of cell therapy ecosystem.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
