Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for all Termgrid legal entities, from daily transactions to month-end close and annual financials, ensuring a clean, audit-ready general ledger.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations, while maintaining accurate intercompany consolidations.
• Own the accounts payable workflow and internal expense management, supporting US and UK tax compliance, including 1099 filings and VAT returns.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience with full-cycle accounting, a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification, and a background from a Big 4 or large multinational company.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SQL, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in multi-entity consolidations and SaaS-specific accounting.
• Exposure to US tax compliance and UK VAT filing, along with experience with automation tools and AI productivity tools for process improvement.
