Director of International Strategic Programs

The Director of International Strategic Programs will serve as the lead for all designated international Strategic Programs, owning the full lifecycle from transition through fulfillment and sustainment. They will also interface directly with international government stakeholders, channel partners, end users, internal engineering, operations, and support teams. This role requires orchestrating efforts across Sales Engineering, Applications Engineering, Product, Production, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Logistics to ensure flawless program delivery. Establish and maintain program baselines including schedule, scope, and configuration management in alignment with customer and internal expectations. They will identify risks unique to international programs and develop proactive mitigation strategies, while also ensuring ongoing satisfaction and relationship growth with key strategic clients including identifying opportunities for follow-on phases or expanded deployments.
