Scheduling Coordinator

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage client and provider rescheduling needs and optimize clinician availability. This role involves ensuring accurate usage of billable and non-billable codes, identifying cancellation trends, and proactively rescheduling to meet service hour recommendations. Responsibilities include inputting scheduling changes, overseeing staffing substitutions, assisting with same-day call-outs, and managing clinician availability in CentralReach. The coordinator will also support payroll functions through CentralReach conversions and timesheet audits. Strong communication skills are essential for providing a positive experience for stakeholders, and the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proficient with CentralReach and Microsoft Office.
