Job Description
As Jane continues to grow as a trusted practice management platform, a dedicated Fraud Prevention Manager is needed to build and lead the fraud prevention program. The role is a pivotal investment in centralizing the fraud strategy to protect Jane and its customers as the company scales. This person will play a foundational role in shaping a comprehensive and forward-thinking fraud prevention program to extend beyond transactional risk.
You’ll design key controls, implement detection tools, and create training programs — all while working cross-functionally with the Payments, AppSec, and Compliance teams. With a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and deep curiosity, you’ll assess the current state, identify vulnerabilities, and implement scalable, proactive measures to safeguard Jane against evolving fraud threats.
