Quality Engineering Manager

Practice Fusion is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who is passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. This role combines individual contributions (test development and execution), process and procedure management, and people management. As a manager, responsibilities include establishing performance goals for team members, providing regular constructive feedback, recognizing high performers, implementing development plans, fostering team spirit, and allocating workload. They will also participate in quality initiatives and improvement efforts. As an individual contributor, responsibilities include writing code in a C#-based test framework for REST web services, SQL proficiency for database verification and test automation, collaborating to improve quality management, and participating in Agile product development. They will also perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing, and work on defect resolution.
