Job Description
Adding horsepower to the strategy and operations of our clinical teams by supporting new program development, service line transformation, and broad project management. You will develop a deep understanding of how our business operates, and identify ways we can improve.
You will manage cross-functional projects by developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. You will also own experiments, reporting and miscellaneous tasks that fall out of the scope of other program leaders, anticipate program risks and build mitigation plans, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
This role also leads change management across the clinical organization and manages OKR process. It requires comfort with data analysis (Looker preferred) and proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
