Compliance Associate

Responsibilities:

• Execute METRC operations and reconcile inventory across warehouse facilities, resolving errors in real time.
• Serve as the in-house METRC expert and maintain clean hierarchies for package tags, item categories, and destruction events.
• Apply state distributor regulations to operational decisions and manage compliance calendars for renewals and filings.

Partner Compliance:

• Vet incoming brands and retailers by verifying state licenses, collecting COAs, and reviewing product manifests.
• Maintain a live license database with automated renewal alerts and verify license status in state systems.
• Ensure product labeling, packaging, and COA standards are met prior to order fulfillment.

Inspection Readiness:

• Manage responses to scheduled and unannounced state inspections across all facilities.
• Keep each facility inspection-ready with synced METRC data, current records, and correct labeling.
• Document inspection findings and drive corrective actions to completion.
