Land Development Team Member

This experienced and successful junior real estate paralegal professional will lead real estate work streams on multiple large scale projects, including land diligence efforts in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager. The growing Land Due Diligence team is the nexus where most all of the other team disciplines meet. The candidate will take primary ownership of placing title report orders and Phase I/ESA report orders, maintaining detailed status trackers. They will assist Land DD with electronic retention of due diligence deliverables and assist Land DD leadership with financial closing matters and land closings. Candidate should be well versed in understanding real estate due diligence items and have experience closing real estate transactions.
