Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, agile fundamentals, and functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce objects and configurations, with the ability to perform change impact analysis and support release management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs, along with experience in creating BRDs, FSDs, and coordinating testing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider and bridging business stakeholders with Salesforce technical teams.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to validate solution feasibility, prepare documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support user adoption through training materials, analyze implementations for optimization, and mentor team members to meet client needs.
Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and monitor projects to define scope, manage goals, risks, and resources throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure work meets governance standards, report on key metrics, and assist in responding to new project requests and identifying sales opportunities.
