Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow attorneys in a wide array of legal and business matters
- Assist with compliance matters (e.g., anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, export controls, antitrust) as may be applicable
- Assist with research regarding developing compliance case law and regulations and their impacts on the company
Learning Objectives:
- Improve ability to perform thorough and competent legal research
- Improve ability to balance the interests of the business with legal risk
- Learn what compliance lawyers do at a cybersecurity organization and gain their perspectives on their job
Internship Opportunities/Experiences:
- Compliance Intern will have a formal mentor and may participate in organized activities, leadership training and local community service projects
- Understand the company culture and career opportunities
Training:
- Compliance Intern will assist with various tasks involving sanctions and export controls, anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, third-party due diligence, and whistleblower laws
- Assist with corporate governance & policies
