- Research and apply modern best practices to our governance documents, including charters, guidebooks, and policies
- Track corporate legal news, including case developments and enforcement actions
Requirements:
- Current law student
- Legal research
- Effective written communication for attorneys and non-attorney businesspeople
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be at least 17 years of age prior to scheduled start date.
- Be currently enrolled at an accredited institution.
- Be enrolled at an accredited institution the semester immediately following the summer internship program (Fall 2026).
