- Partner with our Chief Legal Officer to manage budgets and optimize outside counsel spend
- Implement and maintain legal technology solutions that support our growing business
- Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to track legal department performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience
- Demonstrated contract management and legal operations experience
