AI Productization & Engineering Leadership:

• Lead strategy and development of agentic AI workflows using Microsoft AI tools to autonomously triage and resolve operational alerts.
• Accelerate development velocity by deploying advanced AI coding tools across all engineering teams to multiply development output.

Client Visualization & Success (SERA):

• Develop the client-facing portal to accurately reflect environment health, security, and optimization, proving the value of the managed service.
• Build platform features that support proactive, data-backed client retention and expansion strategies to reduce reliance on reactive efforts.
