Account Manager - Insurance Operations

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Account Manager to join the Insurance Operations team at Pivot Health, a Healthcare.com company. This role will focus on driving growth among existing agency and agent partners who sell health insurance products under the Pivot Health brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management and partner development within the insurance industry, especially in the under-65 individual health insurance market. As a remote contributor reporting to the SVP of Insurance Operations, this role is essential in optimizing agent engagement, maximizing production, and executing scalable retention and growth strategies across our distribution network.
