Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local school board standards.
Develops and oversees implementation of the school's Student Achievement Improvement Plan.
Interfaces with students, families, and local courts regarding attendance and compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises 15-30 FTE regular employees and/or contractors.
Carries out hiring, training, appraising performance, and resolving complaints.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Master's degree and five years of educational experience.
Ability to clear required background check.
Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to travel 20% of the time.
