Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible, bringing 5+ years of experience and a growth mindset to make a lasting impact. You will set up and optimize agile processes within teams, drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and team collaboration using Agile metrics, and manage the scope, budgets, and timelines of projects. You will also lead internal, corporate projects to implement new tools, improve integrations, and enhance data flow, establish and lead transient project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency across initiatives, and motivate project team members to encourage productive work performance and facilitate team collaboration. Supporting change management processes, either independently or alongside change managers, is also key.
