Integrations Consultant

We’re hiring an Integrations Consultant to join the BEAM TEAM, acting as a technical partner for our clients and making sure their integrations and data migrations are handled seamlessly. You’ll work closely with our enterprise customers to understand their requirements, get their systems talking to each other, and ensure everything runs on time and flawlessly. You’ll team up with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams, keep our documentation sharp, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to make deployments smooth and valuable. Dive into complex business challenges and build smart integration solutions with systems like ATSs and HCM platforms. Be a key player in customer implementation projects, working with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Consultants, Product, and Engineering. Own your integrations and data migrations from start to finish. Spot risks early, offer creative workarounds, and keep things moving smoothly. Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality. Share best practices, document what works, and be the go-to integrations expert. Lead customers through our integration processes, from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing. Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery, our partners, and our customers.
