Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will create an environment where innovation thrives, processes are efficient, and engineering excellence is the norm. Key responsibilities include team leadership, operational focus, cross-functional collaboration, technical oversight, technical contributions, code reviews and mentorship, system design, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Must excel at motivating teams, fostering growth, and building a sense of shared purpose as a people-centric leader. Possess proficiency in modern tech stacks, with experience in or willingness to learn React, Ruby on Rails, and Golang. Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
