You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions, partnering closely with leadership to ensure exceptional talent is attracted and hired.

Lead and scale digital demand generation programs, driving full-funnel digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for the Sales team and creating measurable impact on business growth. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop high-converting, repeatable campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Turn raw data into insights that shape how Prepared operates, grows, and delivers impact. Build dashboards and reporting systems that align our teams around the metrics that matter—surfacing KPIs, revealing trends, and supporting smart decisions across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and more.

Guide and grow a multidisciplinary team working across product design, visual design, and user experience as the Head of Design at Prepared. This player-coach role will shape how they deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and effective design. Build systems and practices that support fast, high-quality execution and stay closely connected to the mission and the frontline users in public safety.

Prepared is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer with a clear, accelerated path to Engineering Manager. You’ll start as a hands-on technical leader, contributing directly to our most critical backend systems. Within 3–6 months, you’ll transition into an Engineering Manager role, taking full responsibility for a small, high-impact team.
