Manager of Technical Release Managers

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Technical Release Managers to lead and mentor our growing Release Operations team. This role is crucial for scaling our release processes, ensuring the team operates efficiently, and driving continuous improvement in how we deliver our products. As a manager, you will guide a team of Technical Release Managers (TRMs) who coordinate and manage the release lifecycle for our applications across multiple platforms. You will act as the key liaison between the Release Operations team and senior leadership, advocating for the team's needs, defining strategic goals, and ensuring our release practices align with overall business objectives.
