Responsibilities:
- Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time Appian solutions using agile methodology.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to scope and design solutions meeting client expectations.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
- 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
- Experience in an Agile environment and advanced database knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Appian Level 2 certification and Scrum training.
- Experience with SQL, Performance Tools, Automation Testing.
- Strong mentorship and code review skills.
