Job Description
Drivetrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing customer-related activities for our product implementation team and will be part of the CEO's office. The Program Manager will also take on various Chief of Staff responsibilities, interfacing with global customers, and owning customer success metrics.
Key Responsibilities include Customer Engagement, Project Management, Metrics Ownership, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Communication, Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Team Collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in program or project management roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. They should have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
