The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing projects. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will create project plans and actively coordinate progress throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating internal teams, vendors, and contractors. A broad background in marketing is highly beneficial, as is experience with project management tools such as Asana. To succeed, the coordinator must be proactive, able to create structure, and standardize processes. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing stakeholders, and providing analytical support. Additionally, this position requires managing marketing contact data, full-time project staff, contractors, and vendors. The Coordinator will also provide analytical support for marketing projects, including Asana Task review via notifications to team management should concerns arise (Ex: overdue tasks) Meeting scheduling & management via Outlook Recommend and implement improvements in project deliverables Team reporting management & support
