Growth Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to help us accelerate new customer acquisition! You’ll work full funnel with marketing, data and product to create new demand, capture it efficiently and improve conversion. You’ll spin many plates, align cross functional teams and drive tactical decisions that help us grow. This role reports directly into our Director of Growth Marketing, placing you at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a challenge and a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll need to be a skilled orchestrator, operating across teams and projects, bringing structure and clarity to shifting priorities.
