About The Role:
- Build and evolve the systems behind provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking experiences.
- Play a central role in shaping this direction by bringing order to ambiguity, designing durable systems.
- Partner with Engineering Manager, working closely with product managers, designers, clinicians, and other engineers to align technical decisions with patient and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in API design, data modeling, and building systems that are reliable, maintainable, and performant.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams, shaping scope, estimates, and execution while aligning technical decisions with business goals.
