Revenue Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue recognition compliance and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Design scalable order-to-cash processes, review complex customer contracts for revenue treatment, and ensure accuracy in Netsuite ARM.
• Participate in contract reviews cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to guide on revenue and billing impacts.

Team and Process Development:

• Develop, manage, and mentor a team of revenue accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation, monitor internal controls, and coordinate with FP&A for forecasting and variance analysis.

Qualifications and Traits:

• BS in Accounting or Finance and CPA License are required, along with 5+ years of revenue accounting experience in SaaS or technology.
• Prior experience with Netsuite, Stripe, and Salesforce is preferred, with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
