Senior Product Designer

Fullstory's UX team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to report into the Head of User Experience, who can lead design efforts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences. Lead design efforts for large projects from opportunity to implementation, working closely with cross-functional partners to frame problems and deliver solutions. Own the design process across projects, making use of customer insight and product data to inform decisions. Level up the user experience by participating in design reviews and advocating for loveable over minimal products. Participate in customer research to understand needs and validate solutions. Contribute to and help evolve our design system while advocating for better and simpler product experiences. Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.
