Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Fullstory's data capture technology, including SDKs, APIs, and instrumentation layers to collect rich behavioral data at scale while remaining performant, privacy-forward, and developer-friendly. Partner deeply with engineering and build foundational technology that enables product teams across the company and customers across the globe. Own product strategy and roadmap for Fullstory's data capture capabilities.
Play a pivotal role in scaling the customer success strategy through digital initiatives focused on driving product adoption and customer retention. Design, implement, and optimize engaging programs that deliver content and insights throughout the customer journey, maximizing user adoption, value recognition, and account retention. This cross-functional position partners with CS leadership, Marketing, and Product to ensure exceptional customer experiences through digital channels.
As a Software Engineer on the Data Management team, you will play a key role in building out Fullstoryβs next generation of AI-enhanced products and data management capabilities. With a customer-centric mindset, you will work closely with your teammates to design and build frictionless data management experiences for our users that are both powerful and intuitive. Partner with design, product management, and other engineers to create features that simplify new and existing data management workflows.

You will be a key driver in building systems and features that provide a consistent and lovable experience across all Fullstory products. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional engineers, designers, and product management to develop mission-critical features that drive enterprise adoption and create significant business impact. You will also be expected to mentor and coach other engineers across a globally distributed engineering team, drive technical direction, and influence engineering best practices.
