About the Role:
- Lead the development of ComPsych's clinical outcomes and client experience measurement program.
- Build scorecards, calculation methodologies, and reporting infrastructure consolidating data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer ongoing collection of data across domestic and global service lines.
- Design scorecards and reporting frameworks to track clinical outcomes and client experience.
- Analyze trends and connect findings to provider network performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in statistics, public health, psychology, or data science.
- 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SPSS, and survey platforms like Alchemer or LimeSurvey.
