What You’ll Do:
- Design and oversee outcomes measurement frameworks that capture clinical improvement and return-to-productivity.
- Lead original research studies from design through dissemination, managing the publication pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate evidence into go-to-market and value-based care strategy.
Who You Are:
- PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Services Research, or related field with 5–8 years of postdoctoral or industry research experience.
- Strong publication record in mental health, digital health, or health outcomes research.
- Proficient in longitudinal data analysis and statistical platforms (R, Python, SPSS, Stata).
