Staff Design Researcher

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research programs across generative, evaluative, and continuous discovery phases.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and product-shaping recommendations for executive and clinical leadership.
• Advocate for member needs across diverse populations and drive research operations best practices.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in design research with strong mixed-methods fluency.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, DScout, and other research platforms.
• Ability to synthesize complex findings into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
