Lead .NET/C# Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can own system architecture end-to-end — from translating product/customer needs into scalable backend systems, to making architecture trade-offs, to guiding frontend integration. This is not just a coding role: you’ll be the technical decision-maker working directly with the founder to design and deliver systems that can scale with our growth. Responsibilities include leading a team of 4 engineers while contributing directly to code (C#, .NET Core, Azure, React) and architecting, designing, and deploying scalable systems for a growing SaaS product.
