Job Description
Customers are the lifeblood at Splash Financial which is why delivering great customer experiences is incredibly important to our success. The role involves understanding user and business goals, defining information architecture, user journeys, and personas.
The successful candidate will deeply understand user pain points through research and usability sessions. They will apply design standards and stay updated with the latest design trends, iterating rapidly based on feedback. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build great experiences. The company seeks minimum 4-8 years of relevant design experience, expertise in UX Design Process and Design Thinking/ Human-Centered Design.
